Nachdem mir hier Sven und Werner schon klasse und blitzschnell ausgeholfen haben mit Tacho und Welle und Lima-Deckel, bin ich vorläufig noch auf der Suche nach folgenden Teilen:
- Luftfilter u. Zahnriemen (bekomme ich diese beim Tritsch-Nachfolger?)
- Rücklicht (mit Gummiplatte wenn möglich)
- Scheinwerfer
- orig. Lampenhalter
- Gummis für die Haken der Seitendeckelhalter
- hinterer Bremszug

Zwei Kontrollleuchten im "Gipsbecher" sind lädiert. Hat da ev. auch schon jemand etwas improvisiert?

Lufi und Zahnriemen bekommst Du sicher bei Tremezzo

Rücklicht CEV 9241, war an diversen Mopeds auch der 50er und 60er Jahre verbaut. Bekommst Du gut auf italienischen Märkten, sobald die wieder aufmachen.

Das Gummi ist schon schwerer. Ich wüsste nicht, wo es das gibt. Tom Ros lässt aber gerade nachfertigen (schau mal weiter unten in "Suche")

Kontolllampen soll es mal bei Stein-Dinse gegeben haben, sagt Tom. Er plant hier evt. selbst etwas herstellen zu lassen.

Gummipöpel sind ein Dauerthema. Bremszug kannst auch mal bei Tremezzo fragen oder selbermachen.

Luzzi in Siena wäre eine Option für alle teile. Aber der meldet sich sehr unregelmäßig zurück.

Danke Erhard, das sind wohl die Gummis. Ein Niederländer hat mir die schon angeboten, auf mein Mail hin. Mal schauen, was er haben will dafür...

Yes, i am working on the rear light rubber holders for the Camel 1.

But, everything is still uncertain unfortunately.

The making process (mould and casting) for this parts has proved to be quite difficult, and time consuming, It's quite a complex part and the rubber has to be up to the job.

I started a crowd funding project, and i am not involved in it to make some money out of it (in fact i think it will be my loss), but still the end result is going to be quite expensive: as for now we are looking at 50 Euro's for one item.

In general:

The more people who are involved (some people have already backed out since they won't want to pay that ammount i guess) the closer we can get to have a professional mould and some 15 or 20 castings.

I hope to get some new energy into this project since the maker is not convinced he can make a good copy of the originals, so we are considering making only the front of the holder, and maybe make the internals of plastic, or even use the original CEV 9421 housing and then 'masking' the front, so it would look like the originals.

But for now, that plan is not going to make it cheaper then 50 Euro's, and we thought that nobody is going to pay half more of the price, or even double..
