So nun rückt mein Ziel näher mir eine große zu kaufen
Ich habe mir gestern die erste angeschaut..leider zuviel Wartungstau
91/2 ,Reifen asbach uralt,Batterie platt,Gabelsimmerringe vorne am kommen
und das Paioli hinten mit Absatzmarke (ölig) soviel hatte die nicht weg.
Frage taugt das Paioli überhaupt was...?lohnt ne Überholung...bisher aber kein Preisentgegenkommen vom Hdl.der sie ohne Garantie verkaufen will
Der Motor war erstaunlicherweise gut...(kein Öl an den bekannten Stellen
schon 3 er Köpfe drauf,sofort nach dem Start (kalt)gute Gasannahme..
Paioli gut oder...

gute Entscheidung.
Jetzt 28.000 mit dem Paioli drauf, Keine Probleme.
Eine kostengünstige Alternative ist das Wilbersbein.
Hat Bernd montiert.
Vielleicht verkauft er auch sei Paioli.
Nils hat auch noch ein neues "rumliegen".

Verkauf durch Händler bedeutet immer 2 Jahre "Gewährleistung". Und kann schriftlich im Vertrag auf ein Jahr reduziert werden, was in der Regel in den meisten Vertragsformularen bereits enthalten ist. Aber ein Jahr Gewährleistung ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Auch Scheinverkäufe über "Kunden" sind nicht möglich. Sobald der Hirsch beim Händler angeboten wird gilt die einjährige Frist!

Ich weiß,aber das Gehampel mit sowas macht ja auch keinen Spaß
soweit ich weiß ist das ein "Importeur"der all seine Maschinen aus Italien
importiert und wahrscheinlich nur an "Gewerbetreibene"verkauft..damit wäre er raus..
So nun mal zurück zum Paioli..das Teil ist definitiv am Ölen...was kostet denn so ein Spaß zu reparieren oder kommt man da von außen an und kann
man sich ein Repa-satz kaufen?Erfahrungen ?denn wenn's zu teuer ist lohnt sich nicht das Teil zu kaufen

Mahlzeit.
Die Federbein Service kostet so zwischen 80 - 120€ wenn das teil ausgebaut angeliefert wird.

Wonder if anyone have found instructions how to open and changed oil in Paioli MC59 RB E C strut?

Last weekend managed to change oil in front end, so this should be possible to DIY as well, with some advices...

Problem solved!

Openin was more easy than expected. Round thing(arrow) covering the place where you can release the pressure was attached with tape. Pressure releasing and whole process was similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxKH158ieEk

You just need long screw to put in hole for extracting the cap.

Oil had lot of soot like contamination in it. It was dark and stinky and bubbled like good beer.

Next i wIll clean parts, change O-rings and fill it with fresh, top quality oil

Yes, thick bubbles on my Guinness is nice, but this stuff with bad smell is too much. You should change if not done yet

Today was a basteln day. Could not resist to modify the channels which look badly done and piston which had too sharp edges left after casting. I simply cannot resist when there is a opportunity for improving the smoothness of the flow

Local shop picked new O-rings for me. Should be change together with oil.

Today i finally solved seized reassembly thing by letting local shop to do it http://www.motoville.fi/

You may take shock a part like on Youtube video and clean and modify it, but putting things together is more delicate and do need skills and tools not many of us have.

Process goes like this:

Strut is assembled with Viton piston ring and put grease (preferably Omega 77 or Öhlins) in cylinder and on piston and o-ring, but without oil and help cylinder end cap.

Vacuum compressor is attached and oil is sucked in by this vacuum. Then moving piston back and forth and vacuum once more to take every last bubble out.

Help piston is pushed in and left 8-10mm from bottom and vacuum tool is removed and knob is attached to its place (red arrow).

And finally new nitrogen in (140ps)

You may not be as lucky as me and find european champion to do the work, but i suggest you to locate a shop where they have similar vacuum apparatus.
